Resist is my first when it comes to Lilly Avalon’s work and I can NOT wait to experience more. It was sexy, fun, and very entertaining.
While at her company’s annual dinner, Allegra Maxwell is on a mission , its been a year and she is need some physical contact. With zero real time for anything more Allegra has decided a one night stand will do her just fine. While scouting out the competition Allegra lands her eyes on no other than Devlin. Immediately the tension between these two is heavy and undeniable.
Soon its learned that Allegra and Devlin have a past that didn't go so well, but after much persuasion on Devlin’s part Allegra decides to let her guard down and enjoy his company for the evening. After learning Allegra’s secret Devlin decides to assist her with her “mission” and was inclined to allow him to be her assistant for the night. The time reading Resist went by in a flash and I can not wait to find out what happens next between these two.
